12:20 pm: Email notifications are now being sent without any delay.

11:18 am: The email queue is currently running approximately one hour behind. Email notifications should return to normal in about 20 minutes.

6:34 pm: Schoology was briefly inaccessible from approximately 6:22pm-6:27pm EDT. We sincerely apologize for any interruption.

5:13 am: Our engineers noticed residual issues with file downloads and document conversions for some users. These issues have been fixed, and failed document conversions are being re-processed.

2:44 pm: Our Hosting Provider has been able to find the source of the issue. You should now be able to successfully download files, view documents and videos, and receive email notifications from Schoology. Email notifications and document conversions may still be delayed, but they are in the process of returning to a normal time to completion.

12:23 pm: There are a few intermittent issues, including file downloads from mobile apps and the API, emails and email notifications sent from and document conversions. Our engineering team is hard at work at finding a resolution. We apologize for the inconvenience.

1:01 am: At this point, all issues have been resolved, including attaching and downloading files and submissions. Our document converter is now catching up and should have all queued documents converted by the morning.

8:57 pm: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience today. As an update, at this point, we have solved the majority of the issues and are still working on anything outstanding, including difficulty uploading and downloading files. Please continue to monitor our status page as we will post more info on an ongoing basis. A blog post from the company will follow once we have all the details.

9:43 am: We are working with our Hosting Provider to investigate the issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

9:07 am: Due to the networking issues, users may experience slower page load times than normal. We're working to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
